FAQ

Why is Microsoft 365 not working?

Either Microsoft 365 itself has an outage (it's down for everyone), your ISP or region has a problem (reports cluster on the same providers), or it's your device. This page shows all three signals: our server check, a test from your browser, and user reports by provider.

How do I know if Microsoft 365 is down for everyone?

Look at the reports chart: a sharp rise in the last hour signals a mass outage. If our check says the service answers but your browser can't reach it, the problem is on your network.

What if Microsoft 365 only fails for me?

Restart your router and the app, try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, clear the browser cache, switch DNS (e.g. 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8). Check your connection at 10ips.com/my-internet.

How often is this updated?

Our server checks Microsoft 365 every 3 minutes, reports count instantly, and the page refreshes itself every minute.
